Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful and energized. No more mama guilt! Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format. Postpartum women tend to have tight and weak pectoral (chest), abdominal and quadriceps muscles. In addition, the back and hamstrings muscles become stretched and weak. This occurs due to hunched posture from breast or bottle feeding, excessive spinal curves while carrying baby in utero and after birth, and repeatedly picking their new (and rapidly growing) baby up. Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!

Join us this fall to zero in on the foundation of run training with our 5k Run Club - leading up to the Menifee Turkey Trot!

Run Club+ is your chance to train for some of Temecula Valley's best races with an amazing group of mamas by your side and a certified Run Coach leading your way. Fall Run Club+ will be an 8 week program, focused on 5k distance training. This program is focused on timed and interval runs to help you improve pace, cross training to compliment and build strength, slow increases group run distance to help you build safely to the 5k distance, and active recovery to allow your body to sustain throughout these weeks and truly conquer the challenge of training.
